My Journey with KAEFER started 17 years ago, it has been a pleasure and I am proud to be part of an international group. Teamwork is the key in any project, and we as KAEFER have demonstrated the international standard to which we work at Medupi Project. KAEFER started at Medupi in 2009 and currently have nearly 2000 employees on site.
Keeping up with change
I am happy for the business knowledge I have acquired in the 20yrs that I have been with the company and would like to see this company and its employees grow from strength to strength into the future.

Taking the growth path step by step…
I Joined KAEFER in 2009 as a Trainee Technician where I had the opportunity to be exposed to various departments as well as acquire on site experience as part of the program.
Upon completion, I started as a QS working in the Estimating department before moving onto Medupi project site where I was subsequently promoted to the position of Project Planner.
Of all the projects I have been involved in at KAEFER, I would say this has been the greatest challenge and a steep learning curve due to the complexities on site. As the saying goes “you never stop learning…”
